Whether for powering breakers, impact borers, pneumatic hammers, or for maintenance and repair work, compressed air provides an essential source of energy for numerous gardening and landscaping applications. Moreover, with advanced Mobilair portable compressors from Kaeser, this is achieved with maximum cost- and energy efficiency.
Kaeser is proud to present its comprehensive range of versatile, powerful and efficient compressors at GaLaBau 2014 (Hall 7, Stand 111). Featuring highly durable scratch- and corrosion-resistant polymer enclosures, they are the ideal choice for any number of construction and landscaping applications.
Offering a host of portable compressor models, such as the M 13, M 20 PE, M 27 PE or M 31 PE, Kaeser has the right compressor for any need. With a capacity of 1.2 m³ per minute at 7 bar, for example, the M 13 portable compressor is perfect for powering breakers, drills, saws, grinders, impact wrenches or power moles. 10, 12 and 13-bar versions are optionally available for higher pressure requirements.
Furthermore, the refined design of the M 20 proves that impressive performance doesn’t have to come from big, bulky machines, and its bigger brothers - the M 27 PE and M 31 PE - redefine the concept of versatile compressed air power. They can be equipped with an aftercooler and condensate separator to provide a dependable supply of cool, dry compressed air as required. Stationary versions of the M 27 / 31 are also available for specialised applications and can be easily installed on the cargo bed of a truck. The options don’t stop there however: the M 27 / 31 PE can even be supplied with an integrated 6.5 kVA generator to deliver electrical power where and when it’s needed.
The rotary screw compressors, which feature energy-saving Sigma Profile rotors, are designed for continuous duty and are driven by powerful, efficient engines. A continuous air delivery control system precisely matches compressor performance to suit actual compressed air demand, which further reduces fuel consumption of these already highly efficient compressor units. There are no worries when it comes to those cold morning starts either: Fitted as standard, Kaeser’s patented Anti-Frost Control protects air tools from potential damage caused by freezing and corrosion.
The M 20 PE to 31 PE models feature a corrosion-resistant, rotomoulded polymer sound enclosure to ensure super-quiet operation and compliance with the latest sound emission standards.
