ELMO offers allyear weed cleaning of your overgrown areas as a service. We offer several service options, from complete weed management to a shared solution, where your own ELMOTherm-team is assisted by our skilled service personnel. Together, we will develope your area maintenance concept and guide you into ecological and sustainable weed management.

Good news for groundkeepers: We invented a new solution for weed control on smaller surfaces. We stick to the ecological method but designed this device to fit through doors. Therefore it’s suitable especially for schoolyards and small farms.

The ELMO MobileTherm is an electronic controlled device in an durable metal casing. The control panel includes a display with indication of water temperature. You simply use existing water supply.

Hot water brings proteins of the roots to precipitation. Death of the plant follows imediately. For purposes of industrial weed control this procedure was optimized by using a covering hot foam to avoid rapid cooling. In comparison to pure hot water treatment the use of hot foam allows for a significantly increased performance. The organic foam is a non-ionic surfactant derived from sugars and is therefore not dangerous for our environment.

The Magician among the ELMOTherm devices: Either operable on its own with an external water supply with standard hoze coupling and external 230 V power supply or as standalone device  by using the MOBILETherm Plus trailer.
