The cable-laying machine 600MH offers the ruggedness, durability and portability necessary to professionals. It was originally designed to optimize the work of robot mower installers. In constant evolution, the optional installation kit also allows the installation of wire up to 10 mm in diameter. It is then possible to use it also for burying wire for invisible fences, for outdoor lighting systems, for portal motorization, for videophones, for surveillance cameras, for high-speed Internet or cable TV connections, and more!

The ergonomic handle, featuring the antivibration system that significantly improves the operator's comfort, folds down to go from action, to transport, to storage. The 600MH has been designed to be carried around and operated by a single person and can bury up to 600 metres of wire per hour! Its performance blade, offset by 15 cm, will make its way through all types of soil, easily laying wire between 4 and 6 cm deep. Its low turning radius and its distance guide give access to every corner and provide a precise install, reducing the installation time. The optional wire twinning device allows to quickly go around islands and bury both wires in the same trench without having to do it manually. These are only a few characteristics that make this machine so productive - and hence very profitable!

Design

This model is powered by the new Honda GX50 4-stroke 360° inclinable engine. It also has a centrifugal clutch that activates when you pull the rope. When the rope is released, the drum stops spinning and the ARM does its job by holding the load in position! To disengage the rope from the mechanism, a simple lateral movement is all it takes!

Performance

The PCW4000 develops a remarkable pulling force of 1,000 kg without mechanical advantage. By adding a pulley system, you can go up to five times (5x) the pulling force. That means, with two double pulleys, you could pull up to 5,000 kg!

Design

Its robust design makes it the Portable Winch benchmark for quality and durability: ingenious products, offering durable power without compromise, anywhere. The capstan winch concept allows users to pull loads over an unlimited length of rope, without loss of power, in a simple, effective, and safe way.

In addition, the PCW5000 offers two speed options thanks to its interchangeable capstan drums. You can choose the one that will best suit your task. The 57-mm diameter drum, standard on the winch, delivers all the power with a pulling speed of 12 metres per minute. For more speed, the optional 85-mm drum (PCA-1100) will give you 50% more speed, or 18 metres per minute. A wide range of complementary accessories has been specifically designed to meet your needs.

Design

With its push button starter, the PCW3000-Li is the simplest and fastest winch to start. It is also the first one to offer three operating speeds. In addition, it supports 80/82 V Lithium-Ion batteries, from 2 to 6 Ah, from several major brands.

Performance

Depending on the selected speed, the weight of the pulled load and the chosen battery, the user benefits from a battery life ranging up to 45 minutes of continuous use, without loss of power.

If necessary, it only takes a few seconds to change battery on the spot and continue at the same pace. Batteries can be recharged to full capacity at any time during the discharge cycle without damaging the cells and the engine requires no maintenance. Designed to be used year-round, the winch can be operated down to -14 degrees Celsius without affecting its autonomy or performance.
