2. The air-water exchange is guaranteed because the building materials can absorb and release water and allow the floor to breathe.
3. The road surfaces are permeable to water and store the water, because climate control building materials combine open-pored surfaces with water-storing base layers, thus enabling intelligent water management.

The rock mixtures for these semi-bound road surfaces consist of pure natural materials such as chippings, gravel and natural stones. They have a high tread and shear strength and are grain-stable, weather-resistant and easy to process.
