PM DRAIN-TEC is an effective protection and drainage system and the universal solution for both horizontal and vertical surface drainage on all pressure-resistant surfaces. PM DRAIN-TEC consists of a dimpled membrane and a sturdy geotextile. The smooth back side allows for a uniform and extensive load distribution on the sealing.

This double-layer system protects the waterproofing below it from me­chanical damage and damaging thermal stresses. PM DRAIN-TEC has a compressive strength of 400 kN/m². The drainage membrane is available in many different length and width variations. The excel­lent water draining capacity is multiple times higher than required by drainage standard DIN 4095.

PM DRAIN-TEC protects earth-covered roofs of underground car parks, patios, green flat roofs and the outer walls of basements against waterlogging. The moisture pene­trates the geotextile and enters the ducts of the dimpled membrane, where it is securely drained. In the process, the geotextile acts as a filter and prevents the ducts from getting clogged up. The optimal high-performance geotextile boasts very high initial strength and is subject to only minimum deformation under increasing working load.

For inverted roofs: also available as perforated variant.

PM DRAIN-TEC is also a quiet whispering sheet underneath the drainage membranes, because the tested impact sound reduction, in accordance with DIN EN ISO 10140, is up to ΔLw = 27 dB for non-insulated flat roof structures.

PM DRAIN-TEC-ECOnopp®

As a sustainable drainage sheet variant of PMI-Plast, PM DRAIN-TEC-ECOnopp® has been developed has the same characteristics and properties as PM DRAIN-TEC, but differs in its production. It is produced proportionally from recycled plastics, so-called regranulates ("post-industrial/post-consumer granulate"). In this way, you as a user make an effective contribution to the topic of "climate protection" without having to forego consistent quality and specific product properties.

PM P-20-GEOTEX is a water-storing drainage membrane and is re­garded as an ideal solution for extensive and intensive roof greening.

Compared to normal dimpled membranes, PM P-20-GEOTEX offers many times the drainage and water storage capacity and assumes the function of a protective, filter, seepage and water storage layer in green roofs. The 20 mm dimples have a water storage capacity of approx. 6 l/m². The pressure resistance of approx. 180 kN/m² offers a high level of security, corresponding to a compressive strength of approx. 18 tonnes per m².

The 20 mm dimpled membrane also offers a unusually high drainage capacity of i = 1.00; approx. 9.0 l/(s·m).

It can therefore also be used for very large drainage lengths and/or very low roof slopes. The plant substrate can be applied directly as the geotextile is already integrated. This saves an additional work step. Thanks to the perforation, the water-storing drainage membrane is permeable and can also be used for inverted roofs. This prevents a film of water from forming on the inverted roof insulation. The geo­textile should be removed from walkable areas without vegetation. The base layer and the bedding material can then be applied directly on the dimpled membrane without changing the material, and then the pavement or slab covering can be laid on top of it.

PM P-60 is a water-storing, perforated dimpled membrane in sheet form and is recommendable as an ideal solution for intensive roof greening. Compared to conventional green roof products, it offers many times the drainage and water storage capacity and assumes the function of an extremely high-performance drainage and water storage layer in intensive green roofs.

The 60 mm high dimples have a water storage capacity of approx. 20 l/m². This allows the optimal installation of green areas designed to do without irrigation for extended periods. The pressure resistance of approx. 200 kN/m² boasts a striking level of security, thereby corresponding to a compressive strength of approx. 20 tonnes per m². The dimpled membrane has a unusually high drainage capacity of i = 0.10; approx. 3,86 l/(s·m), allowing it to be used for very large drainage lengths and/or very low roof slopes.

PM P-60 is available as a dimpled sheet in the dimensions 1.00 x 2.00 m. The plant substrate can be applied directly on the dimpled membrane after laying a separate geotextile. Thanks to the perforation, the water-storing drainage element is permeable and can also be used for inverted roofs; this prevents a film of water from forming on the inverted roof insulation. In walkable areas without vegetation, no geotextile is used. The base layer and the bedding material can then be applied directly on the dimpled membrane without changing the material. Then the pavement or slab covering can be laid on top of it.

PM P-40 is a comparable variant with 40 mm high dimples, whose water storage capacity is 15 l/m².

PM STANDARD GS dimpled sheet with 8 mm high dimples is the high-quality problem solution for foundation wall protection and the sub-base course. These PMI dimpled membranes are made of high-quality low-pressure polyethylene (HDPE). HDPE is groundwater-neutral, free of pollutants in disposal and recyclable. The dimpled membranes are used to protect perimeter insulation and on sufficiently pressure-resistant waterproofing. Thanks to their very good compressive strength and elongation at break, PM STANDARD GS dimpled membranes offer reliable protection when filling the excavation pit. The dimples reliably separate foundation wall and soil and are also a cost-effective alternative to sub-base course of lean concrete.

PM P-STANDARD GS is a water-storing perforated variant of the dimpled sheet and is considered the ideal solution for extensive green roofs, including inverted roofs. PM P-STANDARD GS offers good drainage and water storage capacity compared to normal dimpled membranes and acts as a protective and water storage layer in green roofs. The 8 mm dimples have a water storage capacity of approx. 3 l/m². The compressive strength of approx. 250 kN/m² offers a high degree of safety and thus corresponds to approx. 25 tonnes of compressive load per m². The 8 mm dimpled sheet also offers a good horizontal drainage capacity.

PM P-STANDARD GS-GEOTEX is a product variant with an integrated geotextile on the upper side. The plant substrate can be applied directly, which saves an additional work step.

PM TERRA-TEC is the optimum solution for horizontal and vertical applications.

Protects underground car park ceilings, terraces, green flat roofs and external cellar walls against backwater, stratified and seepage water. For new construction and renovation, on all pressure-resistant substrates.

PM TERRA-TEC consists of a special dimpled sheet with 11 mm high, reinforced and trowalised dimples, which are rounded at their edges. These advantages contribute to the excellent water drainage capacity and compressive strength. In addition, the extremely dense dimple density ensures that the load is distributed particularly evenly over the entire surface of the waterproofing - and thus a waterproofing protection that perfectly prevents point loads.

PM TERRA-TEC has an outstanding compressive strength of 500 kN/m². The drainage sheet is available in many different length and width variations. The optimum water drainage capacity is many times higher than required by the drainage standard DIN 4095. The moisture passes through the geotextile into the dimpled channels and is safely drained off there. The geotextile acts as a filter and prevents the dimpled channels from clogging up. The optimum high-performance geotextile has a very high initial strength and is characterised by only minimal deformation under increasing service load.

The new click dimples fastening system of the overlap edge is simple and practical. It works according to the click-button principle - in any weather and independent of temperature, even in winter. PM TERRA-TEC can be processed much more safely when laid horizontally because the sheets can no longer be blown up by wind.

With a height of 11 mm, the drainage sheet ensures a flat structure. The laid drainage membrane can be driven over directly with a wheelbarrow; if the ground has been filled out at least 20 cm beforehand, PM TERRA-TEC can also be driven over with wheel loaders.

PM TERRA-TEC is also a quiet whispering drainage sheets, because the tested impact sound reduction, in accordance with DIN EN ISO 10140, is ΔLw = 26 dB for uninsulated terrace structures and even up to ΔLw = 34 dB for insulated flat roof structures.

PM TERRA-TEC is available in 7 widths (up to 2.5 m) and 3 lengths (12.5, 15 and 20 m). The maximum width of 2.5 m allows an extremely fast installation time, especially for horizontal applications.
