Slab with geotextile, 100% permeable

100% permeable honeycomb panels provided with a porous geotextile (45 g / m2) and heat-welded on the lower side. This geotextile prevents the gravel from escaping under the slabs, sinking into the ground and pushing the plates upward over time. The geotextile also serves as a canvas limiting the passage of plant roots.

In order to ensure perfect infiltration of rainwater and good filling of the cells, use a 6/10 or 8/15 type gravel. These hollow core slabs can be laid on a slope of up to 15% (filled with gravel).

Installation system without fixing

Place the nidagravel sheets edge to edge and cross-seamed on a base of suitable shape. Arrange the geotextile that protrudes from both sides of the plate, under the neighboring plate.

Mechanical anchoring of the hollow core slab is not necessary.

Gravel slab with high compressive strength: 300 to 400 T / m2

With nidagravel slabs each gravel coating becomes much more passable than in the past. A person's foot, shoe heels, or the wheel of a car no longer dig into them. With the nidagravel brand gravel stabilizer, walking, cycling, using a wheelchair or driving your child's stroller on gravel paths is no longer a problem.

The honeycomb structure of the nidagravel panels makes it possible to keep the gravel perfectly in place and allows the occasional passage of vehicles. Unsightly ruts in your driveway, annoying puddles and dangerous potholes are just a bad memory.

On the turning zones, it will be necessary to ensure that the gravel is not driven out and that the gravel covers the cells by 1 to 2 cm.

Alveolar slabs for permeable ground

Nidagravel is an alternative to traditional coatings and is ideal for maintaining soil permeability. The nidagravel gravel stabilizer makes it possible to manage rainwater on the plot, as close as possible to its point of fall. Rainwater seeps through the honeycomb gravel plate which limits runoff on the plot. No more puddles of water in your driveways!

Robust gravel stabilizer with high compressive strength (> 400 T / m2)

The nidagravel allows the occasional passage of vehicles. In turning areas, gravel can be driven out through the wheel passage. Favor mix-materials in its passage areas and ensure that the gravel covers the cells by 1 to 2 cm.

The gravel is trapped in the cells (50 mm in diameter) which hold it perfectly in place. Unsightly ruts, annoying puddles and dangerous potholes are just a bad memory.

To ensure good filling of the cells, favor 6/10 or 8/15 type gravel, which is not friable.

NIDAGRAVEL IG040

The nidagravel honeycomb slab avoids ruts, holes and puddles in parking lots and promotes the natural infiltration of rainwater into the ground. It is easy to install and perfect for holding gravel. In addition, these tiles are ultra light structures and can be transported easily.

It is recommended for the construction of high-traffic car parks such as those in shopping centers or supermarket or industrial car parks (logistics platform, storage areas, etc.)

The nidagravel IG040 slab is also used to create driveways, campsites, motorhome parking areas or fire brigade access routes.

Covered with gravel, the gravelled plate offers a compressive strength> 800T / m2.

The gravel stabilizer provides stability for pebbles on slopes: up to 15% slope.

The honeycomb slab contains 3 fasteners per side, which allows the plates to be assembled together.

NIDAGRASS

Slab for turf reinforcement

Thanks to their high-quality raw material, nidagrass grass tiles remain strong and flexible over time, with ideal elongation and shrinkage constraints. The honeycomb structures of these slabs reinforce natural grass and grassed surfaces.

Nidagrass slabs are hollow core slabs that can withstand a load of up to 310 tonnes / m² and an axle load of up to 20 tonnes.

Nidagrass IG040 for optimal resistance

nidagrass IG040: dimensions 500x500 mm - thickness 40 mm - mass per unit area 1.40 kg / slab - 5.6 kg / m2

The walls of the slab are thick: from 3 to 5 mm. The size of the cells is approximately 70 mm in diameter.

The nidagrass IG040 slab has 3 fixing points per side, which makes it easy to attach the slabs to each other.

CONDITIONING :

• A palette of nidagrass IG040 slabs contains 240 slabs, i.e. 60 m2.

NIDASPORT

Extruded polypropylene honeycomb panels for sport ground

The cells with a diameter of 8 mm are covered on both large sides with a porous geotextile (non-woven 25 g / m2).

They make it possible to create a porous flat surface in order to receive synthetic turf sports floor coverings.

Compressive strength of a plate: 120 T / m2

Permeability of the support slabs:

These alveolar panels offer high permeability and allow the sports field to remain passable immediately after a heavy rain. The high water storage capacity of the nidaplast honeycomb plates optimizes any drainage system.

The vacuum index of a slab is greater than 95%, an efficient and practical solution to think about when fitting out or renovating a sports field.

In addition to storing rainwater, nidasport panels feature excellent shock absorption.
