TRILO BL400 leaf blower

The BL400 is a unique leaf blower, because it can be mounted both on the front or the back of the towing vehicle. This makes this blower not only suitable for tractors, but it can also be used on mowers, hydraulic vehicles etc. The gauge wheels and anti-scalp roller ensure the blower follows the contours of the soil perfectly and, together with the sturdy brace, prevents damage to the spout and turf. The BL400 is suitable for tractors (PTO versions) from 25 HP (18 kW) and can be used with RPM`s ranging from 540 to 2500. Most versions are equipped with a Walterscheid PTO shaft with overrun clutch, which drives a Ø 400 mm fan in a TRILO centrifugal pump. The optional 180 degree reversible spout can be hydraulically or electrically adjusted from the driver’s seat. The BL400 has a low noise level which makes it a perfect leaf blower for populated areas, such as golf courses or urban areas.

TRILO B7 Leaf blower

The TRILO B7 leaf blower is a compact, low weight blower with a large capacity. This makes this blower very suitable for tractors from 30 HP (22 kW). This powerful leaf blower is equipped with a Walterscheid PTO shaft with overrun clutch and is driven by a Ø 650 mm fan in a TRILO centrifugal pump. The gauge wheels and anti-scalp roller ensure the blower follows the contours of the soil perfectly and prevent damage to your spout and turf. The reverse spout (standard on the B7A-version) can be hydraulically operated from the driver’s seat. By setting the spout downward, the B7 will clean both sides of the road simultaneously.

TRILO BL960 Leaf Blower

The TRILO BL960 is our most powerful blower. This blowing giant is suitable for tractors from 45 HP (33 kW) and is equipped with a Ø 960 mm fan in a TRILO centrifugal pump with a fan belt. This blower is driven by a Walterscheid PTO shaft and can optionally be equipped with a 180 degree reversible spout which can be hydraulically operated from the driver’s seat. By setting the spout downward, the blower will clean both sides of the road simultaneously. The large gauge wheels and anti-scalp roller ensure the blower follows the contours of the soil perfectly and prevent damage to the spout and turf.

TRILO M3 Compact multi-purpose vacuum sweeper

For sweeping, verti-cutting or mowing and collecting + suction hose

Multifunctional vacuum sweepers with a load capacity of 3 m3. Ideal for tasks such as sweeping up and collecting different types of waste materials. These machines effortlessly clear up leaves, verticutting or pruning residues, grass clippings and even litter. Different types of  mowings shafts and a verticutting shaft are available. For mowing the ‘Rough’, a heavy flail shaft is available. This option of simple shaft changeability makes the M3 a multifunctional machine with a broad range of applications in sports facilities. The manually operated suction hose allows the operator to remove waste material even from places that are very difficult to access. The powerful fan provides enormous suction power. It is mounted in a housing fitted with replaceable wear plates. The fan is driven by a power take-off shaft connected to the tractor. The required hp PTO van vary depending on the working conditions (35-60 hp / 26 -44 kW) of available power. The vented airflow can now be adjusted optimally using the adjustable end of the dust cap. With an M3, you can now control the air discharge direction. The TRILO M3 now has a type approval for transport on public roads.

TRILO M4 Compact multi-purpose vacuum sweeper

For sweeping, verticutting or mowing; equipped with a suction hose

The M4 has more capacity than the M3, including a larger working width, 1 m3 more loading volume, and a suction hose with a larger diameter. M4 compact multi-purpose vacuum sweepers are compact and manoeuvrable vacuum sweepers with a load capacity of 4 m3. Standard equipped with a brush shaft, you can effortlessly and quickly sweep up and remove grass clippings, trimmings leaves or even waste in one pass. Equipped with a verti-cutting shaft, you can verti-cut and collect in one pass in a fraction of the time compared to more conventional methods. There are also different types of mowing shafts available, such as a heavy flail shaft for mowing ‘the rough’. Equipped with a hand-held hose with a working range of 6 meters, you can keep the entire area of your golf club clean, even in the most difficult-to-reach places. So you can use the vacuum sweepers all year round for various tasks. A powerful impeller, in a housing with replaceable wear plates, sucks up waste materials effortlessly. The impeller is driven by a tractor’s power take-off shaft. The required hp PTO can vay depending on the working conditions (35-90 hp / 26-66 kW) of available power. The TRILO M4 and C4 now have European type approval for transport on public roads.

TRILO M10 Large multi-purpose vacuum sweeper

For sweeping, mowing, or verticutting and collecting; equipped with a suction hose

These large vacuum sweepers can be used for a broad range of tasks, because the working shaft in the suction hood is inter­changeable, which allows sweeping, mowing or verticutting and collecting in a single run. A range of shafts are available as options. M-Series vacuum sweepers are also optionally equipped with a suction hose that will allow you to collect huge amounts of waste material quickly and efficiently. The large M-Series vacuum sweepers can be equipped with a suction hose mounted on a hydraulically controlled working arm or a manually operated version. This makes these multi-purpose vacuum sweepers widely applicable. The powerful impeller provides enormous suction power. It is mounted in a housing fitted with replaceable manganese steel wear plates. The impeller is driven by a power take-off shaft connected to the tractor. The required hp PTO can vary depending on the working conditions (70 - 130 Hp / 51-96 kW) of available power. Extra-wide radial tires and an optional swing axle with four in-line wheels ensure very low vehicle ground pressure.

TRILO verticutting unit  VCU150

The TRILO VCU150 verticutting unit is mounted on a robust steel frame which can be linked to a category I or II three point hitch. The VCU150 has a working width of 1,50 meter and can be used behind a tractor from 20 HP (14 kW). A Walterscheid PTO shaft with shear bolt powers the chain driven axles. The verticutting depth can be easily adjusted through a threaded spindle on both sides of the unit. The VCU150 can optionally be equipped with floating wheels at the back and a flexible 3 point linkage for even better contour following. The VCU150 can easily handle a thatch layer of up to 4 cm deep.

TRILO SU40 debris loader

TRILO SU60 debris loader

The difference between the SU40 and the SU60 is that it is equipped with a more powerful motor and a larger impeller, but also a suction hose with a larger diameter and therefore has more suction power. The SU60 also has a electrical starter engine.
