EVOLUTION by GreenMech: The EVO 165 chippers represent the development of wood chippers with all the know-how of GreenMech.

Extra robust: The new GreenMech EVO 165 D road-tow: 16.5 cm infeed, water-cooled, high-torque 4-cylinder Kubota diesel engine (EU Stage 5 - without DPF!) and a heavy-duty chipping flywheel with optimised discharge.

Arborists, gardeners and landscapers, landlords, be attentive:

Infeed chute like a big one: 1,110 x 700 mm - the chainsaw is used much less. The aggressive horizontal infeed rollers with an infeed aperture of 220 x 165 mm reliably grab the wood and convey it for processing. The EVO 165 D is still pleasantly compact (3.50 m long (transport), 1.50 m wide). And thanks to the Alko chassis, its 1,000 kg of weight is well balanced on the road.

Extensive standard equipment included: foldable discharge chute, adjustable chip size, central lubrication bench, No-Stress overload protection, spare wheel, transparent tanks, lockable ball coupling, height-adjustable drawbar, and much more.

And like all EVO machines, the chipper is equipped with GreenMechs´ patented disc blade system. With optimised discharge and wood chips in G50 quality.

Can be seen and tested on the outdoor stand PF-9 (Landscape Maintenance area).

This is NEW! It's super-robust! This is the evolution of an all-terrain crawler chipper:

the new GreenMech EVO 165 DT tracked chipper!

With variable tracks: wide (118 cm) for safe driving and standing off-road or narrow (78 cm) for loading and manoeuvring. With extra-wide infeed hopper (1,110 x 700 mm) for everything that is bulky and does not need to be cut twice.

With foldable discharge chute - when space is tight at the top. And when space is tight at the front: Clearance width 89 cm up to a height of 115 cm (with the feed hopper/table folded up).

And with many other useful standard highlights: chip-length adjustment, central greasing point, practical control buttons on both sides of the hopper flap, and much more.

The heart of the new chipper is the new EU Stage 5 Kubota 4-cylinder diesel engine. With "only" 25 hp but with the same torque of the old 35 hp Kubota V1505. [Also available as EVO 165 PT with 37 hp Vanguard 2-cylinder petrol engine]. And with the new, heavy flywheel, it really makes a racket in the chipper housing and also blows out extremely far. And "by the way" it produces wood chips in G50 quality (according to Ö-Norm).

EVOLUTION by GreenMech: The EVO 165 chippers represent the development of particularly robust machines with all the know-how of GreenMech.

Brand new: the EVO 165 P/750 (sub 750): robust and compact high-performance chipper, yet weighing only 750 kg. With economical and powerful 37 hp B&S Vanguard EFI petrol engine (EU stage 5).

Ideal for all tree care work: extra large infeed table (1,100 x 700 mm) for bulky crowns (less sawing work), practical roller control buttons on both sides of the table and easy manoeuvring of the machine thanks to sensibly placed handles.

Impressive standard equipment on the EVO 165 P/750: central external grease point, two translucent tanks for quick fuel and hydraulic oil level checks, lockable ball coupling, electric spiral cable with two 13-pin plugs, 12/24 volt compatible LED lighting, and much more.

And of course, the EVO 165 is equipped with GreenMechs’ patented disc blade system. With optimised chipping and discharge and wood chips in G50 quality.

Our new 20.5 cm heavy-duty chipper with diesel engine (EU Stage 5) and new, clever GreenMech SmartSense control for municipalities, rental, gardening and landscaping, arboorists, etc.

The EVO 20 D stands for EVOLUTION made by GreenMech! All our know-how has gone into the development of the new EVO models. The result is an extra robust machine with the latest chipping technology and extensive standard equipment (including central lubrication point, overload protection, spare wheel, chipping size adjustment, etc.).

One new feature of this 20.5 cm all-rounder chipper is the powerful 50 hp diesel engine (in accordance with EU stage 5) with diesel oxy-cat and diesel particle filter (including automatic free-burning routine, of course).

Also new: the new GreenMech SmartSense digital control system:

The new "SmartSense" controller offers "Smart Stress" overload protection, automatic load detection and a range of engine and chipper data to ensure optimum performance.

"Smart Stress" overload protection: Maintains engine torque at an optimal level to save fuel and time while continuously feeding smaller branches.

"Smart Economy": After 90 seconds of working speed without load, automatic load detection reduces engine speed to save fuel, reduce noise and extend engine life. When the load is detected, the engine automatically returns to working speed.

Like all the other EVO models, the EVO 205D is also characterised by particularly simple operation and ease of maintenance.

20.5 cm tracked chipper with maximum slope compensation and "oscillating" tracks (Sure-Trak technology patent pending) for power and railway routes, landscaping, watercourse maintenance and any chipping work on the most difficult terrain.

WE LISTENED, WE WORKED HARD, AND WE MADE THE ULTIMATE TRACKED CHIPPER - FOR SAFE TRAVEL ON EVEN STEEPER SLOPES.

The most difficult, steep and impassable terrain: this is where our route maintenance customers (i.e. railway lines, motorways, waterways as well as power lines) have to clear and maintain trees and plants on site. And the excess material usually has to be chipped directly on site.

With the new EVO 205D SURE-TARK, GreenMech offers what is probably the safest and most all-terrain crawler chipper on the market: with the individual extendable crawler tracks (our proven SAFE-TRAK system), slopes of up to 35° can be compensated for with ease. And its tilt stability up to 62° is legendary.

But GreenMech has gone one better - with the SURE-TRAK travel system:

The new patented travel system with pivoting, i.e. self-levelling track ships for extreme ground conditions. Independently pivoting crawler tracks: each track individually and automatically follows the contours of the ground to compensate for unevenness and improve driving stability and safety. GreenMech has achieved this automatic ground levelling through a sophisticated hydraulic pump system. SURE-TRAK thus increases the driving stability and working safety on steep terrain!

But that's not all: on particularly steep slopes, the operator can tilt the machine by an additional +/- 15 degrees to ensure safe operation of the engines (oil and fuel supply) as well as to maintain the machine's centre of gravity and even loading of the crawler tracks. For this purpose, the hydraulic tilt function is controlled by means of an electric switch on the control panel.

The result: the new GreenMech EVO 205D SURE-TRAK tracked chipper offers the possibility to drive on steep slopes with increased safety and stability for the user. Ideal for working on railway embankments, roadside slopes and steep work sites.

Of course, the EVO 205D SURE-TRAK is equipped with all the advanced technology of all GreenMech EVO machines: an optimised, heavy-duty 6-disc chipping flywheel for unparalleled processing performance and wide chipping discharge. With a powerful 50 hp diesel engine, of course in accordance with the latest EU emission level 5. With external central lubrication bar for easy weekly lubrication.

Also new: GreenMech "Smart Sense" control technology: with a bright and water-protected colour display (IP 67) on which all important information about the machine can be read immediately. With the new "Smart Stress" overload technology, which always regulates the engine speed in the optimum torque range depending on the material entered. And with "Smart Economy": this makes the machine even more efficient and also saves fuel.
