Being a trade association, Verband Garten-, Landschafts- und Sportplatzbau Nordrhein-Westfalen e. V., acts in the interest of the green industry and its specialist companies – in politics, business and society.
We are the gardening and landscaping experts. We work in nature, we design and maintain private greenery, public and commercial facilities. We have over 1000 members whom we offer numerous tangible benefits.
Our Presidium, our district associations as well as an education and PR committee ensure the accomplishment of our activities. Working groups on special topics – digitalization or energy efficiency, GaLaBau women or junior groups – also develop exemplary solutions for current challenges, from which all association members benefit later on.
At operational level, the committees are supported by our office. Tasks include recruiting young people, support with technical and legal questions as well as marketing and communication.
