Gardening, landscaping and sports ground construction belongs to the few branches with a training promotion system based on a generally binding collective labour agreement. Ausbildungsförderwerks Garten-, Landschafts- und Sportplatzbau e. V. (AuGaLa – the training funding agency for gardening, landscaping and sports ground construction) sees its main goal in enhancing companies’ willingness for training, which raises both the number of training places and the demand and further boosts the quality of training, by a comprehensive range of services.

Well-trained specialists are the pillars of the middle class. They are the capital of small and medium-sized companies. The profession recognized this already at an early stage and therefore committed itself to comprehensive, qualified training. For this reason, AuGaLa was founded.
