geoCapture offers a robust and simple system for mobile working time recording. Via RFID keys and time recording modules in the vehicles, working times are reliably determined on a project-by-project basis. With the geoCapture app, employees can also clock in and out on their smartphones. Mixed operation is possible without any problems. The calculated wage hours are available online at any time and can be used for post-calculation of construction projects.

Project-related working hours have to be checked for correctness by the site managers. For this purpose, there is the "hours release" function. Here, the approval takes place via the geoCapture portal or simply via the app.

With BLE beacons, you always have your equipment in view. Your equipment is equipped with the small transmitters and is thus recognised by the GPS transmitter in the vehicle. All transports, locations and loading objects are logged seamlessly.

Using freely definable loading lists, geoCapture knows if there are any incorrect loads in the vehicle or if tools are even missing completely. The driver is notified via the load control and can react immediately.

Losses are detected and less equipment is lost.
