Ride-on machine for the cleaning of synthetic sports surfaces by high pressure water. 

The WashMatic is powered by a 18,2 kW (24,7 HP) water-cooled diesel engine. The front attachment cleans synthetic sports surfaces, e.g. nonfilled artificial grass, jogging tracks, multi-purpose playing fields or similar surfaces by high pressure water. The spray pressure can be adjusted up to 120 bar. The patent-pending front attachment gently cleans the sports surface with eight rotating high-pressure nozzles arranged at an angle.

The applied water and organic contamination as well as granulate/fibre abrasion (microplastics) are suctioned off the sports surface with high efficiency using the fast rotating blades of the WashMatic and conveyed to a waste water pump. The water requirement per minute is 50 liters and is usually provided by the water supply of the sports facility. If the required amount of water is not available, the 300 liter water tank with integrated overflow valve can be used as a water buffer. In this case, an external water pump requests the fresh water from the intermediate tank to the machine.

The dirty water is discharged via a drain hose. The working width of the WM800 is 800 mm; 200m² - 250m² can be cleaned per hour. The 300 liter water tank, external pump and hoses are placed on a compact trolley. This can be easily lowered by a electric winch over the ramp and positioned as needed. The scope of delivery includes 2 hoses (each 75 m) and 1 hose (10 m) for working on edge areas with the hand lance.

Mobile plant for the treatment, filtration and sludge dewatering of dirty water when cleaning synthetic sports surfaces.

When cleaning synthetic sports surfaces, a large number of contaminants are released, which can get into the environment via the waste water. These include larger particles such as granulate/fibre abrasions (microplastics) and other undesirable substances from deep-seated soiling. The WashMatic WM800 effectively removes this dirt from nonfilled artificial turf, jogging tracks, multi-purpose playing fields or similar surfaces. The cleaning process is also perfect in terms of the environment, because the waste water from the WM800 cleaning machine goes to the mobile "sister" system ClearMatic CM1800, from where it returns clean and water clear to the closed loop.
The ClearMatic CM1800 is a compact and robust system consisting of 3 tanks with pumps, dosing stations and sophisticated process water control.

Equipment:

• 600 liter waste water tank with integrated entry inlet filter (<5 mm) as well as stirring device and optional tubular heating element
• Storage tank and dosing station for flocculants, optionally cleaning agents, disinfectants, biocides and / or defoamers
• Mixer unit and reactor for the separation of solids / liquids
• Belt filter with tear-proof filter fleece (120 μm) including collecting container with float switch for continuous drying of the dirty water and filtration of solids such as granulate/fibre abrasions (microplastics)
• 300 liter fresh water tank as an additional tank for cleaning the CM1800 or for providing fresh water for operating the WM800
• 100 liter clear water tank with discharge to the sewer or return to the dirty water tank

• Central switch box with display for controlling all pumps, valves, belt filters as well as querying and storing of sensor readings

Attachment for Up- and Unrolling of artificial turf.

TurfWinch TWVario winds artificial turf with or without infill material into transportable rolls of either 2,000 mm, 3,000 mm or 4,000 mm, depending on the length of the selected winders. The winding speed is adjustable and can be activated from the driver seat by the Hand-held steering. TurfWinch TWVario can be operated through different adapters with all available loaders and tractors. Maximum lifting capacity 2,000 kg.

Requirements for using the TurfWinchVario:
Operation requires a loader or a tractor with at least 20 kW (27 HP) drive power and a oil capacity of 25 liter per minute. We recommend a continuously variable hydrostatic transmission drive or crawling gear.

Self-propelled machine for the removal of artificial turf.
Working width 2,000 mm.

Self-propelled TurfMuncher TM2000D winds artificial turf into 2-metre compact rolls and works out the infilling material. It is driven by a 35 kW (46,2 HP) water-cooled diesel engine, and all of its functions are electro-hydraulically controlled. The machine is conveniently controlled from a pivoting control panel. Weight, surface pressure, and steering of the machine are designed for use on sensitive substructures such as, for instance, elastic layers.

The discharge height of the conveyor belt of 2,4 metres allows for easy pick-up of the filling material by shovel loaders, dumpers or BigBags. The conveyor is also 180° traversable and makes it possible to work around the edges. A maximum operating speed of 7 m/min and a material discharge of up to 500 kg/min allow for removing of a standard artificial turf pitch in just 14 hours.

Fully automatic paver for athletic tracks and multipurpose sports surfaces.
Working width approx 2,700 mm (variable), area performance 730 m²/h.

The PlanoMatic P703 is a new edition of the PlanoMatic series P700/P702. It is a fully automatic paver with a screed width of 2,800 mm enabling installation width approx 2.700 mm.

The highest installation speed is 4.5 metres per minute, thus providing a theoretical performance of approx. 730 m²/h. P703 is designed specifically for the professional installation of athletic running tracks. With a weight of 895 kg and a narrow chain drive unit of 80 mm, the machine is easy to manoeuvre. The installation widths can be selected individually; thicknesses are adjustable from 0 to 50 mm. An integrated automatic levelling device supports the even installation.

For the optimal surface quality the compaction can be adapted accordingly by adjusting the inclination angle of the screed. The oscillating speed of the screed is adjustable and therefore provides the optimum surface quality. Material limiters installed on the side of the screed assure exact paving edgings for surfaces without joints.

The transport chassis of the P703 is operated electro-hydraulically. An additional hand pump enables a lifting of the machine without external power supply.

P703 is equipped with control panels on both sides. Therefore, all P703 functions can be implemented easily and clearly. Supplementary the driving direction of the machine can be steered by integrated key switches on the front of the undercarriages. The operator seat can be fixed on the left or right, as required, and is adjustable to provide the most ergonomic position for the operator
