Thanks to their structuring, our robust and lightweight plastic chassis plates ensure safe and constant ground conditions. 

At the same time, they protect the subsoil, no matter whether it is meadow, pavement or other soils from damage. Frequently, our structured driving plates are used as temporary working platforms, mobile construction roads, temporary parking lots, tent floors, event floors, event floors, mobile driveways, makeshift paths or as access routes to guide vehicles or streams of visitors.

Extreme heavy-duty ground protection mat with unique overlapping composite system. 
The new MaxiTrack ground protection and surface protection system is one of the most revolutionary and innovative ground protection mat for the realization of mobile construction roads, roads, temporary access routes, assembly platforms, storage areas and many other applications. The Maxitrack MT130 is the world's heaviest load-bearing slab with up to 130 tonnes per slab. Thanks to its small dimensions of 180 x 90 cm and low tare weight of only 40 kg, it can also be laid by hand.

Another outstanding feature of the Maxitrack travel plate is the so-called "overlapping system" which allows for maximum bonding of the plates and flexible adaptation to uneven railings. The fully integrated connection technology made of solid metal screws and threads in the overlapping flanges withstands even the highest shear forces and pressure loads. Oblong holes allow the plastic to expand thermally without the plates becoming wavy, humpy or even standing up.

Especially in handling and logistics, the extremely compact chassis saves expensive loading space and valuable time. The Maxitrack can be transported in or on almost any vehicle, e.g. on a small trailer, in a Sprinter/Bus, on the loading area of a platform up to an open truck trailer on the 500 plates (810qm / 20.000kg) would fit. Compare the logistics and costs of steel plates or aluminium panels and you will quickly understand why this plate is worth every euro.

Of course it is also possible to lay 4 MaxiTrack ground protection mat(180x360cm) already connected to each other by means of chain or slip by crane. This means that even large areas, platforms or driveways can be laid quickly and effectively, similar to steel plates or aluminium panels for construction roads.
