CSERI GmbH

Cseri GmbH was founded in 1993 in Großschwabhausen near Jena. Our business at that point in time was to sell spare parts for construction machines of the company Metalogenia.

Business prospered. In 1997 the company had to move to a neighbouring production site in Madgdala. Since then the company is named Cseri GmbH with Béla Cseri as CEO.

In the following years the site was equipped with several CAD work stations, a CNC controlled cutting machine, a CNC controlled trimming press with 650 tons trimming power and a car pool. The number of employees grew continuously.

Since its formation the company’s target was to develop an own range of products besides selling wear parts for construction machines. Already in 1999 the first backhoe was produced. Today our constructing engineers are in charge of further developing our products. A welding engineer ensures high quality standards.

A highlight in the history of Cseri GmbH was the construction of our own production facilities in the commercial park in Nohra in 2003, directly located at the federal highway A4. The new facilities increased our production capacity significantly, which was fortunately reflected in our volume of orders straight away. In 2004 our range of products was extended to include a backhoe for a 90 tons excavator. Today we also produce rockbuckets for excavators of up to 130 tons and shovels for wheelloaders of up to 50 tons. In relation with the move our business organisation was aligned to increase efficency.

Business development went in hand with new partnerships: we co-operate with BOROX since 2002 and with SSAB since 2008. In 2005 Cseri GmbH received its first contract to deliver initial equipment for construction machines. This was a milestone for us. It showed that we had become part of the construction machine business.

Our staff is our most important asset. Our employees have considerably contributed to the growth of the company. Many of them are with us since the company was formed. In 2011 Cseri GmbH employed 30 members of staff. Since 2003 we offer two apprenticeships constructing mechanics each year, welders and in the commercial field.

The long lasting affiliation of our staff with the company is evidence for mutual appreciation, good communication and participation in the success of the company. Because of our excellent work climate our employees identify themselves with the company. This is reflected in good customer relationships and the high quality of our services.

We hope to be able to further develop Cseri GmbH jointly with our customers, suppliers and friends to remain a relevant participant in the construction machine business. The foundation for this has been established in the past years.
