After more than 10 years of study in the Research & Development department, Gianni Ferrari opened the ELECTRIC DEPARTMENT.
The high quality and reliability of an engine-powered lawn mower is combined with the innovation and the green spirit of the new, fully electric models.  Long autonomy, extremely low noise and zero emissions distinguish the GSR+ and GTM+ Electric, the first two models in this new range. The finishes and high performance are those of two great machines.

ELECTRIC EFFICIENCY
GSR+ and GTM+ are professional ride on electric mowers with a Lion battery that combines the highest performance with the extreme manoeuvrability of the existing engine-powered range.
Electric transmission and PTO are the fulcrum of this innovation. Both models have valued features dedicated to the specific needs of a private end-user and a professional user, whether they prefer a front ride on or a mid mount, mulching or collecting.
Two versions for each model, Long and Standard Range, which highlight the need to strive toward an increasingly significant ecological sustainability with zero fuel emissions and considerable reduction in noise, going above all to meet the various economic possibilities of demanding professional and private users .
Respectively with 6 and 8 battery packs by 54V, for Long Range versions, the GTM+ and GSR+ ensure 1000 full charges, working range between -10° and + 60°C and offer a battery life of up to 8 working hours, depending on the grass conditions.

THE ONLY ELECTRIC FRONT RIDE ON MOWER
Agility and compactness of the GSR+ Electric are features that highlight the importance to apply either to a private end-user, but also to the landscaper that adds this unique machine to his fleet.
The finishing of this lawn mower, front 112 cm DUAL CUT deck equipped with three blades and its total installed power of 10.2 kW (equal to 20 Hp of an existing model), ensures a perfect mulching finish and the PTO is completely electric.

GSR+ Electric goes, with its manoeuvrability, where the mid mounted mowers can’t. GSR+ Electric can be used at a time (early morning / late evening) which until now, contractors or private users by law couldn’t use any type of equipment for green care.
GSR+ Electric also enables REAR DISCHARGE option. The mulching plug placed under the mower deck can simply be removed, thanks to the operation of a conveniently placed lever on the right side (driver’s side) of the mower’s deck.

VERSATILITY
The front arrangement of the attachments, both for grass cutting and other works, greatly increases the comfort and operation benefits, enhancing at the same time the high versatility of the GTS, like the entire range of multifunction machines of Gianni Ferrari.
The offer of attachments for the GTS, developed and extended also with the innovative patent of the Smart System that allows to change the blades in the field in less than 15 minutes thanks to brand-new system with magnets, allow the economic investment to be amortized due to the considerable advantage of using the same machine throughout the year.
In fact, the replacement of the attachments is quick and very simple: it requires no tools and only a few seconds thanks to the hydraulic couplings and quick couplings of the hydraulic lift.

DIMENSIONS AND VOLUME
The combination of the front deck or any other attachment, also in front of the power unit as allows the GTS to maintain extremely small dimensions, optimizing the manoeuvrability.
In fact, the GTS offers the ideal combination of versatility and productivity: the proper width of the front attachments allows passage through tight spaces without affecting the hourly productivity.

CUTTING SYSTEM
The cutting decks, as well as any attachment in the range, are located in front of the power unit. In this way, the FRONTAL ACTION allows the user to have maximum visibility and perfect operational control and thus to easily reach spaces not suitable for posterior decks, guaranteeing perfect yield under the bushes and optimized finishing operations around trees, flowerbeds, walls and benches.
Apart from cutting with DIRECT collection, the GTS versatility also offers optimum mulching operations.
The blades of the collection deck are equipped with a blade system that transmits a strong aerodynamic thrust and conveys the grass directly inside the hopper through a wide and low loading channel. The direct grass collection system prevents clogging even in difficult conditions, like high and wet grass.
There are two collection mowing decks that can be selected: the 96 cm version for easy passage through pedestrian access and narrow spaces; the 112 cm version fo increased productivity.
The two-arm hydraulic front linkage allows to easily lift all attachments and easily overcome kerbs and obstacles, thanks to an increased road bump angle of up to 40° and a ground clearance of the power unit of up to 19 cm, thanks to a higher rear wheel.

REDUCED MAINTENANCE
The GTS is a multi-function machine that has been specifically designed to also reduce maintenance and costs.
The direct loading of the grass is certainly a first significant advantage in terms of simplicity of the machine, with a reduction in the number of maintenance operations directly proportional to the lower number of organs subject to wear and replacement, for example: load turbine, impellers and blades.
On the other hand, the hydraulic PTO eliminates the routine maintenance typical of mechanical transmissions, such as tensioning and replacing the belts, greasing the cardan shaft, tensioners and bearings.
The oversized hydraulic components ensure the reliability of the system and maintain the temperature and pressure at low levels, for increased oil life.

Chassis

The articulated chassis gives a very tight turning radius, reducing the room needed for manoeuvring and enabling Turboloader to move with confidence even in cramped spaces. The articulated chassis and equal sized wheels ensure agile manoeuvring when used indoors or in building yards. Whatever gap the front half-frame goes through, the rear half-frame will follow. The rear wheels always follow the same path of the front ones, minimising compaction of the ground. Its articulated steering means Turboloader can work even on the most delicate surfaces without damage, making it ideal for ideal for landscaping and maintenance of green areas.

Visibility

Unlike a traditional articulated loader, Turboloader’s operator position is located on the machine’s front half-frame. Even when steering the machine, the operator always has a perfect view of the way ahead, the implement and the task being performed. The elevated driving position offers excellent visibility, enhanced safety and superb comfort as well as improving control of the machine and it’s implements. The side-mounted dashboard panel and the layout of the lifting boom rams also assist in providing an uncluttered view of the attachment.

Telescopic boom

Turboloader’s telescopic arm (not available on the MS 220) provides impressive horizontal and vertical reach. The standard hydraulic parallel linkage makes materials handling faster, easier and safer. The self-levelling feature significantly reduces the amount of manual adjustments and loads are lifted in total safety. By selecting the floating arm position, the implements will follow irregular surfaces smoothly and with ease. The simultaneous movement of the arm and bucket helps reduce cycle times and enhance roductivity.

M Range - H Range

The M range of Turboloader is fitted with 3-cylinder 22 - 28 hp engines and, with an operating weight of 1,4

to 2 metric tons, it can handle loads of up to 1.100 kg. H range models have an operating weight from 1,9 to 2,3 metric tons and can handle loads of up to 1.400 kg.

A 4-cylinder 36 hp engine equips the H360 model. The long wheelbase of the H range gives the machine exceptional stability and driving comfort.

This exclusive configuration increases lifting capacity by over 25% compared to the M range, while maintaining the same very compact dimensions and the same manoeuvrability. The optimum weight distribution provides better pushing force delivery and therefore improved bucketing.
