Boot & Dart Nurseries was recently formed with the merger of two of Holland’s largest rival nurseries, Boot & Co Nurseries and Darthuizer Nurseries. Two companies with a long history in the hardy nursery stock market. Darthuizer have specialised in the cultivation of a wide range of hardy plants, since 1924. Boot & Co Nurseries have proven record, over 65 years, suppling high-quality, and contemporary products to the landscape project market.

Combined Boot & Dart Nurseries continue to supply the same high quality service and innovative products. We achieve this, for example, by growing the plants where conditions best suit.
Heavy standard trees, hedging and specimens are grown in the humus-rich sandy soil of our Zundert tree fields that cover over 100 ha. This soil type ensures a strongly developed fibrous root system which promotes successful reestablishment. Ground cover shrub, roses, conifers, ornamental shrubs and magnificent specimens are cultivated on the nearly 10 ha of prime peaty soil in Boskoop. Container shrubs are grown in Leersum and Zundert. Our entire production chain meets the environmental requirements of 'Planet Proof' and 'Groenkeur’. Therefore, a very wide range of plants is produced efficiently and sustainably.
