FROM THE IDEA TO THE COMPANY TOSSTEC
CUSTOMER-ORIENTED FAMILY BUSINESS WITH INVENTORY GENES
TOSSTEC arose from the passion for the natural pool – and from dissatisfaction with the cleaning devices available up to now.
Company founder and natural pool fan Torsten Reuß, as a Swabian and mechanical engineer, had special requirements in terms of cleanliness as well as functionality and ease of use.
He therefore developed a completely new device and patented the central functions.
REAL “MADE IN GERMANY”
We work exclusively with German suppliers and assemble all devices ourselves at our location in Dettingen unter Teck near Stuttgart.
We are a family business at the foot of the Swabian Alb with currently 15 employees and attach great importance to direct contact with our customers.
We answer all inquiries about devices and also about the natural pool quickly and personally.
Most devices are with the customer one to two days after ordering.
We also respond within a few days to service and repair orders because we have all the parts and skills right here on site.
