SpiraPave^® is a new generation, high strength pedestal consisting of separate paired components to create pedestals of different heights. Units may be adjusted either up or down in 1mm increments.

SpiraPave^® is used to support bearers in the construction of roof terraces, pedestrian walkways, roof gardens, plaza decks, sun decks, pool surrounds and balconies.

SpiraPave^® is adjustable in height from 12 to 119 mm, making it ideal for installations where conventional supports are impractical.

SpiraPave^® may be used in conjunction with a Slope Corrector which compensates for slopes of up to 5%.

SpiraPave^® may be used with a Bearer Holder that caters for 35 to 80 mm wide bearers.

SpiraPave^® is lightweight, has a flat smooth base, and is easy to install. Unlike brick and metal piers, it does not damage water proofing membranes.

VersiJack^® is a heavy duty screwjack pedestal designed for floor, deck, paver, beam and bearer support.

VersiJack is used in the construction of roof terraces, pedestrian walkways, roof gardens, plaza decks, sun decks, balconies, pool surrounds, podium landscapes and verandas.

VersiJack^® screwjack pedestal is adjustable in height from 37 mm to 1024 mm, with the use of proprietary “extenders”. An integrated slope corrector adjusts for slopes up to 5%.

VersiJack^® reduces sound transmission, increases heat insulation and allows unsightly services to be concealed within the cavity under the elevated platform allowing easy access, when required.

VersiJack^® can be used to create raised floors with most pavers including granite, marble, porcelain and precast concrete.  They are also widely used to support timber and composite bearers under decking.

VersiJack^® is excellent for creating reusable or temporary exhibition flooring.

The VersiJack® Aluminium Joist is developed for use with VersiJack® height-adjustable pedestals to create a substructure for raised paving system. It allows for an increased level of versatility and stability in the arrangement of floor pavers.

VersiPave^® is a lightweight, high strength plastic paver support designed to eliminate the use of sand when laying pavers, resulting in reduced weight-bearing loads on building structures.

VersiPave^® paver supports are used in the construction of roofs, plaza decks, balconies, pool surrounds, reflective pools and verandas.

VersiPave^® incorporates integrated snap-on chocks, each adjustable in height from 24 mm to 105 mm. The height may be increased with the use of proprietary “extenders”.

VersiPave^® allows the easy placement of most pavers such as granite, marble, precast concrete and porcelain where a well drained and level surface is required.

VersiPave^® reduces sound transmission, increases heat insulation and allows unsightly services to be concealed within the cavity under the elevated platform allowing easy access to waterproofing membranes and services, when required.
