Christie's award-winning barbecue cooktops are self-contained outdoor cooking appliances. They can be ordered with easily assembled prefabricated cabinets or installed into a custom-built structure. 

Christie cooktops are remarkably energy efficient, cooking large quantities of food quickly, evenly, and hygienically. The grill plate, also known as a plancha or teppanyaki, can be used to cook an endless variety of foods. Made from 90% recycled 4622-grade stainless steel, it is also durable, hygienic, and easy to clean. 

Christie cooktops are simple to operate, install and service. An onboard controller continuously monitors all functions to ensure safe and hygienic cooking temperatures. In the event of a malfunction, error notifications allow for quick diagnosis and prompt repairs.

The ICON Cabinet provides universal access, enabling seated and standing users to reach the cooktop. The versatile design meets high regulatory standards for sustainability, inclusivity, and occupational health and safety.

The ICON won a prestigious 2021 Good Design Award for outstanding design and innovation. The sleek shark nose design combines a small footprint with an extra-large benchtop to provide expansive, individual food preparation areas. Suitable for all environments, the all-stainless construction makes it easy to recycle while being durable, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean.

Communal barbecues are increasingly installed on rooftops and in other urban locations. All Christie cabinets are shipped flat-packed, lowering the overall carbon footprint while providing easy site access and saving transportation and offloading costs.

The A Series accessible cabinet is part of the Permanent Design Collection of The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design.

The sleek, sculptural form is manufactured entirely from 90% recycled, corrosion-resistant, 4622-grade stainless steel. Meeting all Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) guidelines, the cooktop is positioned where seated users of all abilities can easily use it.

Modular Series cabinets offer extreme durability in a prefabricated public barbecue cabinet. They are engineered to withstand even the harshest environments and most demanding users. 

The cabinets are constructed from aluminium, stainless steel, and compressed fibre cement to provide an economical and convenient alternative to custom-built barbecue surrounds.

Modular barbecues are available in Regular and Large sizes that can accommodate up to three cooktops. Flat-packed to minimise transport costs and easy to assemble, these modules provide an economical, flexible, and robust alternative to built-in barbecues.
