CB-80 sweeping brushes - The machines in the category sweeping brushes are intended to keeping hard surfaces all year round. A sweeping brush with a collector can make the surface clean. It is also possible to use the machine for winter maintenance. The sweeping brushes are perfect for small municipalities, municipal services, owners of company premises, for cemetery maintaining etc. VARI XP-200 or Honda GCV 160 engine, 80 cm working width, compact size, spiral arrangement of the hair, 1 or 2 travel speeds, both gearboxes (for wheel drive as well as brush drive) are aluminium worm gearboxes, 34 cm brush diameter, adjustment of the hair pressure with the front wheel. Accessories: 63 l collecting box, 80 cm snow blade, dust cover.

Rapido Plus wood chipper - Each gardener solves the problem with the great number of branches while pruning the trees. Burning of the garden waste is mostly forbidden nowadays, that´s why the best helpers with garden waste disposal are the wood chippers and shredders; it is possible to get rid of the garden waste using these machines. The RAPIDO Plus wood chipper is very popular, it is driven by the B&S 850 four-stroke engine and newly also by the strong B&S 950 engine (Rapido Power Plus). RAPIDO is a wood chipper which copes with branches with a diameter of up to 5 cm (Rapido Power Plus 6 cm). It is optimal to crush fresh branches. The drier and tougher the branches are, the more difficult it is to cope with the crushed material for such machines like shredders and chippers in general. There is a patented system of crushing in the crushing head of the Rapido wood chipper. It is a slow-running double-threaded spiral. Its big advantages are self-feeding of the crushed material into the crushing head, high resistance and long lifetime and ten times higher working speed in comparison with standard cylindrical wood chippers.

Brushcutters – The brushcutters are widely used helpers for grass cutting on hardly accessible places. Larger areas are cut with lawnmowers or lawn tractors, at the places close to fences, walls, for steep slopes or banks are used the brushcutters. We offer two machines with two-stroke engines: VARI 432HB (43 cm³, 1,7 HP) and VARI 522HB (52 cm³, 1,9 HP).

KF single-purpose rotary tillers – The small single-purpose rotary tiller are perfect helpers for soil loosening before seeding or planting on flowerbeds or in glasshouses. The tillers are intended for all gardeners and vegetable planters. All models are equipped with lanced blades with the working width of 60 cm, conical clutch and worm gears (no belts). KF-140: VARI XP-140 engine with the power of 3,5 HP. KF-200: VARI XP-200 engine with the power of 6 HP. KF-H160: Honda GCV 160 engine with the power of 5,5 HP. Accessories for KF-200 and KF-H160: 8” wheels, one-way plough, reducing gearbox, ploughing girdles.

VARI, a.s. – WHO WE ARE, OUR AIM AND VALUES

We are a middle-sized company employing 80 people in a production facility in Libice nad Cidlinou (about 50 km to the east of Prague). The VARI company was established in 1969, i.e. next year we will celebrate 50 years on the market. We pride ourselves on the longest history of small garden machinery manufacturing in the Czech Republic. The company is in 100% Czech ownership.

Under the VARI brand we don’t understand two-wheel minitractors or drum mowers only. This brand is defined by several thought-out production lines which successfully push their way to customers not only in the Czech Republic but in other countries as well. We also offer several products in the trade goods range under the VARI brand - we directly participate in their development and/or production. Our aim: bring quality and innovative technical solutions, good functionality and compatibility of our products and follow in and continue to develop the tradition and goodwill of the VARI company.

We produce functional and thought-out machines which always bring many special elements compared with the machines of other producers in their price and power class. We take pride in the history of our brand and our goal is not to betray our customers' trust in the machines of the VARI brand.

We do our best to create products of great value which will serve well and for many years and will keep their interesting market price. We bear responsibility for the machines made in the past, we are trying to keep the highest possible compatibility and long availability of the spare parts. Already the previous generations got to like the VARI brand and more than 70 % machines manufactured during the last 45 years still serve well to their owners.

VARI - PRODUCTION PROGRAMME

VARI GLOBAL multifunctional minitractors - small garden and farming machinery

VARI GLOBAL two-wheel minitractors with many accessories for cargo transport and soil cultivation: ploughs, rotary tillers, potato hillers, potato planters, tipping trailers, etc.

We also produce two-wheel minitractors for municipal services carried out all year long. The minitractors are distinguished by their reliability and the ease of changing the accessories: a drum mower, a mulcher, a snow thrower, a sweeping brush or a dozer blade for snow, sand and other loose materials. We produce a wide range of accessories for different works.

Single-purpose garden machinery

Mulchers/brush cutters with mulching blade (the HURRICANE line), drum mowers for high grass cutting (ADELA, LIZA, LUCINA, DOROTHA), lawnmowers with collecting box, Raptor Hydro and MaX multifunctional carriers, brushcutters, wood chippers, log splitters and chain/swivel log saws.

VARI AND THE PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT

We meet strict internal rules regarding the waste treatment, we carefully sort; thanks to our own sewage disposal plant we control the quality of water which is returned back to the circulation. We use low-energy technologies for the manufacturing. We have a modern paint shop with powder coating technology and with water soluble colours technology. We use recycled paper for all the cartons.

With the help of the EU funds we invested in decentralization of the heating and thermal insulation of the buildings (the year-on-year gas consumption reduced for 65 %). We continue with a lighting modernization project in the whole company.

We use only modern four-stroke engine for our products, meeting strict emission standards.

We are maximally considerate of the environment. Our machines participate in growing healthy BIO products and help to cut grass stands with good quality for their further processing. The ecology and consideration are important topics for VARI.
