Both suitable for the medium rate application of sand and sand/salt mixture the PTO driven EK-S for tractor mounting or the hydraulically driven EK-S H for tow vehicles. The spreaders have steep walled hoppers for an optimum flow of the spreading material. The hoppers are available in sizes of 150, 260 and 370 litres. As standard the spreader is provided with a cable controlled spread width reducer that offers the change of spread width or spreading to one side from the tractor cab.
