The ZEMMLER® MULTI SCREEN® MS 1600 is mostly designed for companies operative in gardening and landscaping. Compact dimensions and a low weight make this screening machine an interssting atlernative for being hauled after pick-up trucks and small trucks.

The outer barrel ist equipped with wire screen panels for an ideal screening result.

The double barrel trommel ZEMMLER® MULTI SCREEN® MS 1600 can screen various material typical for gardening and landscaping business.

Zemmler Siebanlagen GmbH is manufacturer of mobile and stationary double barrel trommels, and equipment manufacturer. In addition to trading and renting of used trommels, the company also offers a repair service and a 24h- spare part- service.

ZEMMLER was found in 2000. It started with spare part service for Combi Screen trommels, rental service and trade of used screening machines.

In cooperation with the danish manufacturer Ellegaard, the double barrel trommel MULTI SCREEN MS 2001 was developed. Since 2007, the MULTISCREEN double barrel trommels were completly manufactured in Großräschen, Germany. Meanwhile, the product and service portfolio has been continuously improved and expanded. All trommels of Zemmler screen different materials, like soil, sand, gravel, compost, wood chips, glass, coal, construction waste, gravel, recycling materials, EBS and stones. By using the proven double-drum technology the material can be screened into three products in just one working stage. Due to the high flexibility and the great range of products, from the smallest trommel with less than 3.5 tons, up to the greatest of up to 20 tons, customers come from garden and landscaping, recycling industry, wood industry, glass industry and even from gravels and quarry.
