BioMant machines destroy weed with water heated to 99.5°C. The high temperature of the water destroy the cell structure of the plant, causing the upper part to die off. After multiple treatments, the plant grows so weak that it dies off completely.

The BioMant-Flex is particularly strong because of its low energy consumption of both pump technology and diesel boiler. And because of the small 24 V battery pack as well as the optimised design, the weight of the machine could be considerable reduced so that the Flex can be installed even on smaller carrier vehicles. In addition to the very quiet battery pack, the it can optionally be powered by hydraulics or the battery pack of an electrical municipal vehicle so that the working time can be increased even more.

The BioMant-Flex has a water flow rate of 15l / min, which allows for quicker working speeds and the treatment of larger areas. The intuitive touchscreen enables simple operation and thanks to its modular structure and many available accessories, the system can be optimally adapted to your personal requirements and a variety of application situation.

For 6 decades, Mantis ULV-Sprühgeräte GmbH has been developing, producing, and distributing specialised ULV spraying systems for a wide range of applications.

Over the years, Mantis ULV-Sprühgeräte GmbH has been able to continuously develop its expertise and now offers a wide range of optimally adapted spraying systems for many professional areas of application. The BioMant hot water spraying systems were developed for chemical-free weed control, while the MANKAR® ULV spraying systems have been optimised for the use of undiluted liquid herbicides in minimal application rates.

Mantis also offers optimal solutions for other applications. MAFEX®-Potato/Fruit spray systems have been optimised for crop protection, e.g., for potatoes and fruits, and MAFEX®-Silage units are used directly on the chopper for the even distribution of silage additives. ROFA can be used to control insects and airborne germs. Mantis also offers several specialised MANTIS ULV spraying systems for industrial applications such as the use of release agents in the concrete and food industries.

Through our worldwide distribution network, consisting of legally and economically independent sales partners, our spray systems are available in most countries on all continents. Our partners offer not only our products, but also sound advice on choosing the right sprayer, as well as technical service and spare parts. We ourselves and our partners exhibit at many international trade fairs where interested parties can learn more about our products and the best possible solution for their needs.

Mantis is continuously working on the optimisation and further development of the various spraying systems.
