GreenMech EVO 205 D SURE-TRAK - tracked chipper

20.5 cm tracked chipper with maximum slope compensation and "oscillating" tracks (Sure-Trak technology patent pending) for power and railway routes, landscaping, watercourse maintenance and any chipping work on the most difficult terrain.

The most difficult, steep and impassable terrain: this is where our route maintenance customers (i.e. railway lines, motorways, waterways as well as power lines) have to clear and maintain trees and plants on site. And the excess material usually has to be chipped directly on site.

With the new EVO 205D SURE-TARK, GreenMech offers what is probably the safest and most all-terrain crawler chipper on the market: with the individual extendable crawler tracks (our proven SAFE-TRAK system), slopes of up to 35° can be compensated for with ease. And its tilt stability up to 62° is legendary.

But GreenMech has gone one better - with the SURE-TRAK travel system:

The new patented travel system with pivoting, i.e. self-levelling track ships for extreme ground conditions. Independently pivoting crawler tracks: each track individually and automatically follows the contours of the ground to compensate for unevenness and improve driving stability and safety. GreenMech has achieved this automatic ground levelling through a sophisticated hydraulic pump system. SURE-TRAK thus increases the driving stability and working safety on steep terrain!

But that's not all: on particularly steep slopes, the operator can tilt the machine by an additional +/- 15 degrees to ensure safe operation of the engines (oil and fuel supply) as well as to maintain the machine's centre of gravity and even loading of the crawler tracks. For this purpose, the hydraulic tilt function is controlled by means of an electric switch on the control panel.

The result: the new GreenMech EVO 205D SURE-TRAK tracked chipper offers the possibility to drive on steep slopes with increased safety and stability for the user. Ideal for working on railway embankments, roadside slopes and steep work sites.

Of course, the EVO 205D SURE-TRAK is equipped with all the advanced technology of all GreenMech EVO machines: an optimised, heavy-duty 6-disc chipping flywheel for unparalleled processing performance and wide chipping discharge. With a powerful 50 hp diesel engine, of course in accordance with the latest EU emission level 5. With external central lubrication bar for easy weekly lubrication.

Also new: GreenMech "Smart Sense" control technology: with a bright and water-protected colour display (IP 67) on which all important information about the machine can be read immediately. With the new "Smart Stress" overload technology, which always regulates the engine speed in the optimum torque range depending on the material entered. And with "Smart Economy": this makes the machine even more efficient and also saves fuel.
