WiFi throughout the site
As a visitor of GaLaBau, you are online free of charge throughout the exhibition venue.
Lockers and cloakrooms
You can find lockers in the entrance areas – you can leave coats, jackets or items of luggage in the cloakrooms for a fee of EUR 2 a piece.
Restaurants and cafés
The following restaurants are open for GaLaBau: Behaims, Mitte, Süd, Süd-Ost and Ost. You can find kiosks, snack bars and the "Mediterrano" restaurant in the passageway between halls 3 and 4A.
As well as restaurants and cafés, the site plan shows all the car parks, entrances and exits, and toilets.
Wash rooms and WCs
You can find wash rooms and WCs near the Mitte, West and Ost entrances, in all the service areas between the halls and in NCC Ost.
You can withdraw money in the entrance areas of NCC Ost.
You have lost something? Please contact our colleagues from the Facility Service – you can find them in the entrance area of Service Center Mitte and NCC Ost.
In emergencies, first aid is provided in the Operation Center, in NCC Ost and NCC West.

Trade fair visitors accompanied by children aged 3 to 13, now have the opportunity to have their little ones looked after in the exhibition-kindergarten in NCC Mitte Room Mailand from Wednesday, 16 September, to Friday, 18 September 2020, from 9:00 to 18:00 and on Saturday, 19 September 2020, from 09:00 to 16:00. Plenty of toys and trained childcare workers await them there!
For safety reasons, you are not allowed to bring pets with you. Guide dogs are, of course, an exception to this rule.
Barrier-free exhibition center
Our entire fairground is accessible. Facilities at higher levels can be easily reached via our lifts.
