GaLa-Q embodies the approach of a modular further training system from the centre of the industry. Interested employees can choose between three courses: Construction site management, construction technology and green space maintenance. Participants can receive a certificate from the trade association after successfully completing the course and passing an examination. The short presentation describes the GaLa-Q modular system and the experience gained with it. There will also be an outlook on a further training project starting on 1 January 2025: "The future task of greening buildings - ZUGABE".
