Terms and conditions
NürnbergMesse is the licensee of brand no. GM 013246368 (hereinafter referred to as “trade fair logo”), which is entered on behalf of the Bundesverband Garten-, Landschafts- und Sportplatzbau e.V., (BGL, Federal Association of Horticulture, Landscaping and Sports Facilities) 53604 Bad Honnef. NürnbergMesse is authorized to make the logo available to the trade fair participants and the press in connection with the promotion of GaLaBau.
The downloading and use of the GaLaBau trade fair logo is however only permitted after agreeing to consent to the following Terms and Conditions of Use:
All presentations and images, which are located in the download service area of the GaLaBau website, are protected, especially in terms of trade mark and/or copyright law. The exhibitors and representatives of the press are granted the right, free of charge, to use the trade fair logo in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Use. A voucher copy is required.
Use is permitted exclusively for promoting and publicizing the GaLaBau trade fair, e.g. as a reference to own fair participation, its preparation and post-show reporting in temporal relation to GaLaBau or within the framework of editorial press reporting. Using the trade fair logo to promote and publicize one’s own products and/or services is not permitted.
The trade fair logo may only be used exclusively in the original template available and must not be redrawn, distorted or changed in any way. Processing and editing is not allowed, with the exception of reduction or enlargement as well as technical processing for the purposes of optimum print preparation.
You undertake to use the trade fair logo exclusively taking into account the above-mentioned terms and conditions. Any misuse will be pursued. In the event of non-compliance with, or infringement of these Terms and Conditions of Use, all authorization relating to use of the trade fair logo will be automatically terminated.
