The set consists of a laser-cut and welded steel structure designed to form a single, solid, and sturdy table-and-bench unit. Both the table and the benches are primarily supported by two welded structural side frames made of 80x60 mm steel tubular elements and 6 mm thick base and frame plates with reinforcing components, onto which 120x34 mm slats are fixed.

The slats can be supplied in autoclave-treated Nordic pine, Royal pine treated with linseed oil according to DIN 68800-3 standards to ensure protection against fungi, mould, and weathering, or in hardwoods such as Iroko.

The metal parts are galvanised and coated with thermosetting polyester powders (available in the various RAL colour).
