The Versilia set is manufactured using white 52.5-grade cement, a high-strength cement (52.5 MPa) that ensures durability while providing a refined, high-quality aesthetic finish. The mix incorporates white marble aggregate with controlled grain size, selected to guarantee homogeneity and long-term performance, along with white marble powder, which increases structural density and enhances the surface appearance. Compacting and plasticizing additives are included to reduce the water content of the mix, improving workability and final mechanical performance. These additives also help limit the material’s natural porosity, thereby reducing water absorption. The mixture is cast into dedicated moulds, ensuring precise shaping and dimensional accuracy.
