Nuremberg, 30.09.2025: GaLaBau, the leading international exhibition for gardening, landscaping, and the construction and maintenance of sports grounds, playgrounds, and golf courses, is pleased to announce additions to its leadership team. Isabel Grundner joins the team as Director led by Executive Director Stefan Dittrich, who continues to hold overall responsibility for the event.
With Isabel Grundner, a seasoned management professional takes over the role as Director at GaLaBau. Originally from Upper Bavaria, she holds an MBA with a focus on International Sales and General Management. Her academic background in International Business combines strategic thinking with a strong understanding of brand management, communication, and international market dynamics. Professionally, Isabel Grundner most recently worked for the renowned hunting equipment manufacturer BLASER Group. As project manager for optical brands, she was responsible for the development and implementation of brand and marketing strategies, significantly shaping the global positioning of the brands. Ideal qualifications for her move to the metropolitan region of Nuremberg, where she now joins the GaLaBau team led by Executive Director Stefan Dittrich as Director. “GaLaBau is a strong platform with enormous reach – both nationally and internationally,” says Grundner. “I look forward to working with the team to set new impulses, further develop the exhibition, and especially strengthen international exchange. The green sector is facing major opportunities as well as challenges – I see GaLaBau as a place where solutions emerge and networks grow,” Grundner adds.
